Full Returns and Warranty Policy

At 1422 Jewellery, we want you to love your jewellery. Please review our Full Returns and Warranty Policy before making a purchase.

Returns 

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Custom, personalized, or engraved jewellery

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will confirm whether your return is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 -10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

  • All jewellery comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken clasps

  • Loose or missing stones due to faulty setting

  • Structural faults

  • This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fading or tarnishing of plated jewellery

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., water, perfume, chemicals)

  • Scratches, dents, or damage from regular use

  • Lost or stolen items

Exclusions

Warranty Claims & Repairs

  • To make a claim, email us at  with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.

  • If your jewellery is out of warranty or damage is not covered, we may still offer a paid repair service. A repair quote will be provided before work begins.

Care Recommendations

  • To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Store pieces in a soft pouch or box when not in use

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
